Ⅰ. Price Terms:

Camwon is an Export-oriented enterprise, we try to offer most convenience way to our customers. Usually we accept below trade terms:

1. EX-Work

EX-Work Guangzhou, this is the first choice of our business.

2. FOB

FOB is accepted by most of our customers, but $300 will added.

3. CIF

CIF, if you choose CIF, Insurance and freight charge will be included.

Ⅱ. Payment Terms:

1. PayPal

PayPal payment suits for small amount transactions, and 4.5% Paypal fee is required to pay by buyers. Payment arrive in our account instantly.

2. West Union

West Union usually money prompt arrive our account, but you need pay more handle fee.

3. T/T

T/T is short for Telegraphic Transfer, It is transfer money directly to our account, usually need 3-5 days　money arrive our account. Order less than $1000, $15 bank charge included.

4. L/C

L/C means Letter of Credit. Usually we do not recommend use L/C, it is too complex and need pay more fees, anyway if your order over $30,000 we accept L/C at sight.

Ⅱ. Shipping Conditions:

Express:

1. DHL is our first choice to dispatch goods. We have long relationship with Hong Kong DHL. Good price, good service. You will receive goods usually 4-5 days.

2. TNT is very economy by some European countries, usually TNT Economy is the cheapest way, you will receive goods in one week.

3. UPS is good choice for some of Asia & Europ countries. You will receive the goods around 4-5 days.

4. Fedex is a better way for some island countries. Fedex Economy also accepted. You will receive the goods around 4-7 days.

5. EMS usually for some countries hard to do customs clearance, such as Ukraine or Russia, you do not need pay tax. But, EMS only for small package.

Forwarder:

1. We have our own forwarder by air and by Sea for your convenience, we will quotation a competitive price to you.

2. If you have your own forwarder, we are happy to assistant your forwarder shipping goods.
