camwon's warranty covers new products for 3 years from the date of the first use.

It covers any hardware/software malfunctions and defects within the guaranteed period.

camwon's warranty does not cover damages occured from abuse, accidents, improper installation, and any unknown instances.

When you have products with malfunctions or defects, please let our representatives be aware of such issues as soon as possible. If there is an easy solution to the problem, we will notify you with a step-by-step detailed instruction to correct the problem.

If products need to come back to camwon's HQ for the fix, we will pay for the shipping costs on one way and the after-service is free of charge within the warranty period.

Please remind that the returning products must come completely assembled.

If products, which needs to be fixed, are out of the warranty period, the buyer has to pay for shipping costs on one way and there will be service charge if any major parts have to be replaced.
